Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & Ruhengeri Transfer
Upon arrival at Kigali International Airport or any point in Kigali City your guide warmly welcomes you and briefs you on safety regulations. Thereafter, transfer to Ruhengeri for lunch and relaxation. In the evening, enjoy a community walk through local plantations to witness daily Rwandan life. Finally, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: First Gorilla Trek
After an early breakfast, drive to Volcanoes National Park. Upon arrival, attend the mandatory briefing before embarking on your trek. Along the way, spot spectacular birdlife and playful primates. Then, spend one hour observing a habituated gorilla family learning about their social structure, feeding, and grooming. Afterwards, collect your trekking certificate and return to the lodge for dinner and rest.

Day 3: Second Gorilla Trek
Early morning, head back to Volcanoes National Park with packed lunch in tow. Once again, hike through lush forests and rich bamboo zones. Subsequently, enjoy another hour with a different gorilla family, capturing memories and photos. Later, retreat to your lodge to unwind, dine, and overnight.

Day 4: Return to Kigali
Begin with a leisurely breakfast, then depart for Kigali City. If time permits, tour the Kigali Genocide Memorial Museum and Kimironko Market. Finally, savor lunch before your guide drops you off at Kigali International Airport or your preferred location marking the end of your unforgettable safari.
