Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival & Afternoon Game Drive

First, your Primate Holidays guide will pick you up from your Nairobi lodge or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Next, enjoy a short briefing before we drive toward Tsavo West. Upon arrival, check into your lodge and have lunch. Then, in the afternoon, embark on a game drive across vast savannahs and geological hills. Meanwhile, you’ll visit Mzima Springs a crystal-clear oasis home to hippos and crocodiles  and spot many bird species such as the Golden pipit and Fischer’s starling.

Day 2: Early Game Drive & Return

Early the next morning, after breakfast, drive into the park to catch wildlife at their most active. Consequently, you’ll search for lions, elephants, rhinos, and even wild dogs. Additionally, stop at the Rhino Sanctuary inside the park to view eastern black rhinos. Finally, depart Tsavo West and return to Nairobi for lunch and an airport drop-off in time for your onward flight.
