6 days Maasai Mara and Serengeti safari

Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara

First, you’ll be picked up from Nairobi (hotel or airport) and drive southwest. En route, stop at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint for panoramic photos, then mingle with locals in Narok Town. After lunch at your lodge, embark on an afternoon game drive spot lions, leopards, zebras, and more. Finally, return for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Full-Day Maasai Mara Adventure

Early risers enjoy a sunrise game drive. Afterwards, with a packed lunch in hand, spend the entire day exploring vast plains. Additionally, search for giraffes, warthogs, hyenas, and witness the wildebeest migration crossing. As dusk falls, savor a fiery sunset before dinner at the lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Serengeti

Following breakfast, cross into Tanzania via Isebania border. After customs, continue to Serengeti National Park home to the Big Five and endless herds. Upon arrival, enjoy a late-afternoon game drive, then unwind with dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 4: Full-Day Serengeti Exploration

Today, embark on a full-day safari. Furthermore, encounter elephants, buffaloes, cheetahs, and African wild dogs against iconic acacia-dotted plains. Pause for a picnic lunch, then resume tracking the Great Migration. Return to your lodge for a well-deserved dinner.

Day 5: Return to Maasai Mara

After breakfast and a final morning drive in Serengeti, re-enter Kenya. Meanwhile, enjoy en-route game viewing and lunch. Later, check into your Maasai Mara lodge, relax by the fire, and dine under the stars.

Day 6: Early Safari & Departure

Rise before dawn for one last game drive. Subsequently, journey back to Nairobi, arriving in time for your onward flight or hotel drop-off.
