  • Day 1: Transfer to Maasai Mara (with Nairobi city tour and Great Rift Valley stop).

  • Day 2: Full-day game drives in Maasai Mara (Big Five focus).

  • Day 3: Transfer to Lake Nakuru; afternoon game drive (rhinos & flamingos).

  • Day 4: Return to Nairobi and drop-off.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi → Maasai Mara

Your driver-guide picks you up from Nairobi hotel or Kenyatta International Airport. First, enjoy a short Nairobi city tour National Museum, market squares and Snake Park. Then, after lunch, drive via the Great Rift Valley and Narok. Meanwhile, learn about Maasai culture en route. Finally, arrive, check in, and enjoy an optional evening spotlight drive to spot nocturnal predators.

Day 2: Full-day Maasai Mara game drives

Rise early and after breakfast head out for full-day game drives. Consequently, you’ll search for lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo and (with luck) rhinos. In addition, expect giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and abundant birds. Optionally, enjoy a lodge lunch or a picnic in the reserve.

Day 3: Maasai Mara → Lake Nakuru

After a final morning game drive and late breakfast, transfer to Lake Nakuru National Park. There, check in and later enjoy an afternoon drive to see black and white rhinos, hippos, leopards and vast birdlife most notably flamingos along the shoreline.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru → Nairobi
