Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival & transfer to Maasai Mara
Upon arrival, your guide collects you from JKIA or your Nairobi hotel. Then, you’ll drive through the Great Rift Valley for photo stops. After checking in and enjoying lunch, you’ll take an afternoon game drive. Thereafter, return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Full day game viewing
Early after breakfast, head out for a full day in the Mara plains. Consequently, you’ll search for lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, wildebeests and more. Meanwhile, keep an eye out for zebras, elands, warthogs, Masai giraffes and African wild dogs. Afterward, enjoy a picnic near the Mara River, then continue game viewing until sunset.
Day 3: Full day: optional balloon & Maasai visit
